If your licenses are subscribed with S365, Microsoft Manger level customers raise a ticket by emailing our support team with your license change request. Customers with a Device Manager level subscription can raise the same license change ticket by either emailing your issue to our support team, or online through your dedicated Client Portal.
If you do not purchase your licenses through S365, you will need to make contact with your provider to make changes to your licenses.
